Jerusalem I rough perforation discovery - 1 Piastre setting I type 17: flawless Arabic & English overprint, dash slightly raised, upright vertical topped Hebrew "Lamed", vertical alignment between "P" & "Yud" and "N" and "Lamed" and Arabic "N" with "AL" as documented for this setting type; also short right foot on Alef, a characteristic unique only to setting I overprints; mint hinged; Ba #21c but uncatalogued with setting I (and unpriced as mint). Ben-Arieh certification enclosed. A similar used example (Ba #21a) sold for $3800 on a $1000 start in 2019.
