Rare postmark combination of very rare JERUSALEM "J.M." dateless triangular cancel (Sacher-C4, rarity rated G) tied to 11 Sept 1938 dated Jerusalem Jewish National Fund JNF meter franking (Sacher-G12) of 2 mils serving as postage on a locally addressed printed matter cover: both the meter and postmark are here in use over 2 months before Sacher's earliest known dates of use. Of note is the unique combination of the dateless triangular 'cancelling' the dated meter franking, rarely seen and especially as the meter's datehead revealing the sending date obviates the need for the dateless cancel; unsealed per printed-matter regulations, vertical fold; very fine.
