• Participants can bid on lots or purchase them outright at the displayed price;
• Bids are accepted in any manner, in writing: by the auction program, online bid sheet, email, fax, sms, etc.;
• Bids of at least 75% of the starting price are accepted and maximum bids are kept confidential;
• "Bid Budgets" are possible: contact us to submit an itemized/prioritized bid sheet;
• The buyout price may rise if the bidding passes the midway point between the starting price and the original buyout price;
• The auction end-time is extended by 5 minutes if bids are received within the last 2 minutes of the sale's ending time;
